On Saturday 25th May, a few of the Swindon team met up at the Tunnel House Inn, Coates for a group effort to clock up some important #milesformind. We headed off along the Thames and Severn Canal, towards the Source of the Thames. From here we followed the Thames Path to Kemble, where the two canine members of the team enjoyed a well earnt swim (and bath in Nuka's case!) and onto Ewen. Making use of the quiet lane back into Kemble, saw a quick stop at the village shop for refreshments before joining back onto the Thames Path and making our way back to the pub! The mainly off-road route came in at 9 miles end to end. It was great to see our efforts combine both the charitable and social elements the committee had hoped to see.
