Step into the New Year


There’s nothing like a healthy competition to kick start those health & fitness New Year’s Resolutions! Let the Social Squad help you Step into the New Year with our 30 day step challenge. The challenge will run 2nd Jan – 31st Jan.

All you need is a step tracking device (e.g. Fitbit, apple watch) or download one of the many free apps onto your phone to track your steps (e.g. Apple Health). We will be also using an app called Stridekick to run the challenge.

To join, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the app Stridekick and create an account (its simple and free!) and connect the app to your tracker (its compatible with a variety)

  2. Add MyOadmin as a friend. You will then be invited to a private challenge with up to 8 other people. You will need to accept this invite to join the team.

  3. Get stepping on 2nd Jan!

  4. Encourage the rest of your team!!

There will be a reward for the person who completes the most steps, as well as for the team who completes the most combined steps.
